These high quality printed card CD digipacks (also referred to as ‘digipaks’) are ideal as a lightweight packaging solution that allows full colour printing on the four pages of the cardboard case and also on the disc itself, providing plently of room for track listings or lyrics for example.

Spot UV clear gloss printing on digipaks
For a stunning selective gloss effect, we can now offer spot gloss clear UV printing onto the digipaks. The gloss print really enhance your graphic logo etc, is raised up from the surface of the digipak and looks great on dark backgrounds, like the example shown to the right. The spot gloss print is applied after the digipaks have been printed and assembled, so print registration can be quite hard (matching the positioning of the gloss print to artwork underneath, if for example you wanted make a certain printed element like your logo come out in gloss) and we recommend printing the spot gloss on a blank area and letting the gloss effect be the logo or element that you wish to highlight.
